REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Return policy
BEATBOX VINTAGE's goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can arrange a free return within fourteen (14) days from when you received the items purchased on www.beatboxvintage.com.

The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
1. Return policy pursuant to Article 52 (Consumer Code)
When requesting a return, you are required to respect the following rules:

      1. 1. You will need to contact us via chat, email or instagram to arrange the return.
      2. You cannot return items that have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
      3. Items must be returned in their original packaging and packaged as received. If you are returning a set of items, all included items must be returned.
      4. Items must be returned to Beatbox vintage in a single shipment.
      5. Items must be delivered to the courier selected for return within seven (7) days of submitting the request
      6. The package must contain a copy of the purchase invoice.
      7. Returns must be shipped from the same address where the package was originally delivered.
      8. FOR CUSTOM ITEMS CREATED TO MEASURE FOR THE CUSTOMER, THE REFUND IS EQUAL TO 50% OF THE TOTAL PAID

    1. Once we have received your return and verified its compliance with the conditions, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that your return has been accepted.
      Beatbox vintage will refund you as soon as possible, regardless of the payment method used (Credit / Debit Card, bank transfer or Paypal). In any case, we will refund you within 7 days of approval of the return, after verifying that the return has been made under the conditions indicated above.

      The time required for the refund depends on the payment method:

      Payment by credit / debit card
      The time it takes to see the refund depends on the card company. Please note that the value date for the refund is the same as for the payment: you will not be charged bank interest.

      Payment via PayPal
      The refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The time it takes to view the refund on your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the card company. If the purchase is a gift, the refund will be made to the person who made the payment.

      Payment via
      transfer banking The repayment time is normally 2-4 days and depends on the bank.
